I've written about many things on and off the Internet but one of my favorite subjects is my nephew in Houston, (Spring, actually) who lives south of Tomball. He runs a very nice heard of Black Angus there. It's a hobby he truly enjoys while working his main business of building custom homes near downtown Houston. I had the pleasure of living near by for more than a year and it was always special times to go to auctions with him, hang out at his ranch, enjoy his boys and yes I would even stoop to getting cow manure splattered on me as I would help him give shots, tags and other assorted tortures to his pets.
