One summer I had the pleaure of living near my nephew Greg Denault just south of Tomball, Texas. He keeps an excellent heard of registered black angus cattle there - buys and sells them. He's very meticulous about his herdsmanship and I know first hand that his beef is as good as it gets. Friends and neighbors keep standing reservations for steers so about the time another bull calf comes flopping out, it's either headed for breeding ground of the freezer.
